How do I work out what size my Pet will be?
All pets come in different shapes and sizes, even the same breed will vary depending on their weight, age and stature. Because of this we strongly suggest that you always measure your pet according to our sizing charts to avoid disappointment when receiving merchandise.
My Pets Wardrobe carries clothing lines from many different designers that often have very different sizing scales. This means that sizes may vary from product to product. To make this easier we have broken our clothing lines into 3 separate sizing scales:
- Small to Medium Pets (Pink Sizing Chart)
- Small, Medium & Large Pets (Green Sizing Chart)
- Medium to Large Pets (Purple Sizing Chart)

All sizes on this site serve as an indication only, PLEASE measure your dog before you order, to avoid receiving the wrong size. If you would like more information please click here on our Sizing Chart for extra information about sizing your pet correctly.
What payment options do you offer?
My Pets Wardrobe offers several different payment options for our
customers.
Credit Card Payments / Paypal:
We use Paypal to process our Credit Card Payments. Pay without sharing finanical information using Paypal's Safe & Secure Checkout. You do not need a Paypal Account to pay via Credit Card.
For customers who have Paypal Accounts our shopping cart is fully integrated for easy, stress free shopping.
We also offer, Cheque Payments, Money Order Payments & payments made
via Direct Bank Transfer.

How much is postage to ship my merchandise?
Shop online securely with My Pets Wardrobe and get $6 flat rate shipping* to anywhere in Australia. If you would like your order to get to you sooner, we also offer an Express delivery service of $10* per order.
*Excludes large or bulky items. Eg. Beds, Strollers, Large Bowls.
All orders over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING (Regular Delivery, may excludes large/bulky items).
For our International customers we offer a standard shipping fee of $25 on all orders.
Do you hold all of your products in stock?
We stock about 85% of our products that are listed online. Occasionally, we may run out of inventory on products or may need to order a product specifically as a purchase is made. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipment. Please review individual items for product availability and approximate shipping times.
How long will my items take to deliver?
Estimated delivery times are
calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped, Monday – Friday.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days of receipt, sometimes even
same day. Express orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as the
order is made. All orders are processed by 3:00pm, Express orders made after this
time cannot be guaranteed next day delivery. We will contact you if there is a
delay. Out of stock or special order items may take
anywhere between 5-30 days to ship so please keep this in mind before placing
an order. We use the Australia Post network to ship all packages, regular post
orders may take from 1-10 business days to reach you depending on where you are located in Australia.
We stock about 85% of items listed in our online store. Occasionally, we may run out of inventory on products, or we may need to special order items as a purchase is made. If there is a delay in getting your products to you, we will notify you. Please review individual items for product availability and approximate shipping times.
What if I need some goods urgently?
Just let us know the date you need them by and we will do our best to get them out in time. In most cases, urgent goods can be shipped the same day as receipt of payment has been received.

Can I pick my order up?
Yes, we do offer a ‘Store Pickup’. My Pets Wardrobe is located in Morayfield, just north of Brisbane. We are based from home but do have all stock on display for viewing. If you do choose ‘Store Pickup’ at the checkout we will contact you to arrange a time for you to drop in and pick you order up. All pets are welcome to come along for the ride.
Can I view products in person and have my Pets personally fitted?
Yes, we welcome our customers to come in and browse our products. Your pets are most welcome to come along as well! If your not sure of what size to get or just want to try some different styles on to see what suits, please just e-mail or call us to arrange a time.
Do you post overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destination. Please make your order and we will email you a quote for postage asap. Please note: that we are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are also responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
What is your Exchange, Return and Refund Policy?
We do understand that sometimes
your pets may be a little bigger or smaller than you measure, that’s why we
will exchange you goods if another size is needed. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, please notify us via email at info@mypetswardrobe.com.au
for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After you have contacted us, simply
return your items to us in their original and unused condition within 14 days
upon delivery of the item for an exchange or store credit.
We carefully inspect all items
before posting them, however in the case where an item is faulty or does not
meet your expectations, you can choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.
Items must be returned within 14days in a as-new, resellable condition.
Important:
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not
issue refunds for returned goods and cannot honor exchanges for any products
that is sent back to us after 14 days, has been used, or is not in its original
new condition. There are no refunds or exchanges given on clearance or sale
stock, all sales are final.

Where do I post my item for exchange or return?

Please include
the packing slip or a short note outling the reason for the return and what you
would like to exchange the goods for.
All exchanges
will be charged a return postage fee of $6. We will contact you to arrange
payment of the shipping charges when your items are ready to be dispatched.
Alternatively, you can include an addressed, return postage satchel.

Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders.
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via email and/or phone if provided. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge. Please make sure that the shipping information is correct.
How do I use my store credit?
Your store credit is valid for one year of the issue date. When you are at the checkout screen, please enter your credit code in the ‘Discount Coupon’ field during checkout for your next order.
