Sizes
We encourage you read all relevant product
descriptions, size charts, and always measure your pet accurately before you
make a purchase. Please do not assume your pet is the same size in every
product, always look at the size chart we provide for each individual product.
My Pets Wardrobe stock products from differing Designers and Manufacturers who
all have their own sizing scale. There is no such thing as a standard
size. If you are buying a gift, ask the pet owners their sizes (neck,
chest, length). Puppies will outgrow clothing and all pet apparel, so please
take this into consideration prior to making a purchase. We cannot accommodate
growth if you receive an item and the dog has outgrown the size you ordered so
take this into consideration prior to the order if your dog is a growing puppy.

Postage and Handling
The price of postage and handling is not included in the display price, but will be added onto the total. Discounts may apply if more than one item is purchased at one time. Should your items be returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address details from you, you will have to pay the postage fee again to have your items delivered. Please ensure that you enter the correct details.
My Pets Wardrobe uses Australia Post for shipping all of our orders. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt, sometimes even same day. Express orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as the order is made.
Once you place an order, it make take anywhere from 1-5 business days of transit time for orders shipped in Australia, depending on ship to address and the shipping method you select during checkout. We are located in Queensland, just north of Brisbane so shipments made may take a little longer than others depending on your location.
Once we hand a package to our mail couriers, we have no control over delivery times, dates, or any delays that may occur. Therefore we are not liable for any delayed packages. We cannot guarantee postage times at any time. We can only estimate based on the information provided to us by Australia Post. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for further information.

All cheques should be made out to "My Pets Wardrobe" and sent to
"P.O. Box 171, Morayfield , Queensland, 4506" along with
your order details and contact details. Goods will be shipped once the cheque
has cleared.

We accept Australia Post Money Orders. Simply send the Money Order to “P.O.

your order details and contact details. Goods will be shipped once the payment
has been cleared.

Typing Errors
In the event a
product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error
in pricing information received from our suppliers, My Pets Wardrobe shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the
incorrect price. My Pets Wardrobe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card

If a parcel is lost in International mail a search has to be conducted by the international postal services - before the International postal service considers compensation. We recommend insurance for international parcels as we can't compensate for parcels lost in international mail and not insured.
